The NSM is planned to take place at the „Umweltforum Berlin.

This venue lives up to its name. During the reconstruction 2000-2002, the Environmental Forum was a model project for ecological building. A photovoltaic system and a combined heat and power plant generate electricity, and the house also has environmentally friendly technologies such as a solar façade, a gas condensing boiler and clay plaster walls. Electricity in conference rooms and offices is 100% sourced from sustainable energy sources. The green roof of the location makes a positive contribution to the urban climate and is home to 10 beehives.
